Who I Am

I’m Pauline Klemberg — and I’m not your typical yoga teacher.

I’m not overly flexible. I’m not a contortionist.
I’m not here to show off advanced poses or perform for Instagram.
I’m here to help you move better, breathe more, and reconnect with your body — whatever it looks like today.

For me, yoga is a tool, not a competition.
It’s a way to empower people — children, adults, beginners, injured, stiff, or unsure — to find their own path to health and peace of mind.

My approach is clever, adaptable, and deeply rooted in understanding human anatomy.
I’m trained by a master teacher, Yogananth Andiappan, who taught me a form of yoga that's sophisticated yet simple, challenging without judgment — an approach that lets everyone progress safely and with confidence.

My Mission

My mission is to make yoga accessible and empowering for everyone — regardless of age, ability, or lifestyle.
I want to destroy the toxic myth that yoga is for the young, flexible, and glamorous.
I’m here to show you that yoga can be gentle, powerful, and profoundly healing when it meets you exactly where you are.

Whether you’re a busy professional, a parent, a child, or someone living with reduced mobility or chronic pain, you belong here.
Together, we will cut through the fluff, focus on what matters, and use movement and breath to reconnect you with yourself — without judgment, without pressure, and without impossible poses.

My Story

I fell in love with yoga nearly 20 years ago — but I didn’t find my yoga until much later.

Over the years, I explored many different styles and learned from a variety of teachers. But despite all that, something felt missing.
It wasn’t until I trained as a children’s yoga teacher that everything shifted.
That experience made me realize how little I truly understood about yoga — and it opened a door to deeper learning.
I became fascinated by how yoga could be adapted to meet people exactly where they are — not as a performance, but as a practice of connection, care, and self-discovery.

This curiosity led me to an Indian yoga studio in Hong Kong, where I trained under master teacher Yogananth Andiappan.
His approach transformed my understanding of yoga. It wasn’t about showing off. It was about the mechanics of the body, intelligent movement, and honoring each person’s pace.
He taught me that yoga is for everyone — and that judgment has no place on the mat.

Today, that’s the heart of how I teach.
Whether I’m working privately with someone managing injury or illness, leading a group class, or creating playful kids’ sessions — I’m here to help people reconnect with themselves, feel stronger, and move forward with confidence.
