RELEASE & WAIVER OF LIABLITY

By signing up for and attending classes, events, activities, and other programs and using the premises, facilities and equipment (individually and/or collectively, the "Classes and Facilities") of East West Yoga you hereby acknowledge on behalf of yourself, your heirs, personal representatives and/or assigns, that there are certain inherent risks and dangers in practicing yoga at East West Yoga.

 

You acknowledge that some of these risks cannot be eliminated regardless of the care taken to avoid injuries and that the East West Yoga Team will not be liable for any injury or damage should you choose to participate.
 

Waiver, Informed Consent, and Covenant Not to Sue:

​

a.    The customer (any participant attending East West Yoga classes, events, activities and other programs) have volunteered to participate in a program of physical exercises under the direction of Eat West Yoga with the instructors, particular Head instructor Pauline Klemberg, which will include, but may not be limited to, yoga postures, stretching, breathing techniques, and meditation.

 

b. The customer warrants, represents and agrees that he has no physical disability, impairment or ailment preventing him from engaging in any exercise activity or that will be detrimental to his health, safety and comfort or physical condition or that of others. 

 

c. Moreover the customer understands that it is always advisable to consult his physician or doctor before undertaking a yoga exercise programme.

d. The customer releases East West Yoga, its teachers and cover teachers and agrees to waive any and all claims or rights he might otherwise have against East West Yoga, its employees, and agents including the right to sue East West Yoga, its employees and teachers for any injuries or claims aforesaid. 

 

e. The customer has carefully read this waiver and releases and fully understands this is a release of liability, of any and all future claims against East West Yoga, its employees and agents for injury or risk of injury resulting from activities while attending yoga classes with East West Yoga instructors.
