East West Yoga brings accessible, age-appropriate yoga to kids, school staff, and soon, parents across Singapore’s international schools.

We focus on self-awareness, focus, creativity, and compassion — not pretzel poses.
Through breath, movement, and play, children develop social-emotional skills, teamwork, and confidence that last.
