MEET PAULINE KLEMBERG
Pauline Klemberg is a yoga teacher specialising in anatomy-informed movement, functional movement and personalised yoga.
Her teaching helps people build strength, improve mobility and develop a deeper understanding of how their bodies move, creating skills that support confidence and lifelong wellbeing.

Whether working one-to-one, teaching small group classes or leading workshops, Pauline creates welcoming, inclusive spaces where movement is accessible, purposeful and adapted to each individual.
